    Exclamation Guns stolen in Towamensing Township

    Tuesday, September 23, 2014
    Several guns were stolen from a residence in Lower Towamensing Township Monday.

    The home at 150 Club Road was entered when someone broke a lock on a first-floor window around 2:45 p.m.

    According to state police at Lehighton, the burglar proceeded to an upstairs bedroom and removed a small safe that contained five guns, then fled.

    Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lehighton barracks at 610-681-1850.

    Cpl. Mike Dugan is the investigating officer.

    PSP has cornered the individual between the Atlantic, the Pacific and Canada's border...
    An Arrest should be made shortly.

    Yup, I know the person this happened to. He told me what happened, ther person went right for the guns passed up iPad, laptop, cash all out in the open.

    I think they should use the Knights and take out the Pawn shops until they corner the king in a checkmate..

    It sucks that we have thieves amongst us, but this shows that a safe needs to be secured.

    A safe isn't going to do you a lot of good if it can be picked up and carried away.

    Hope the catch the scum and the owner gets his stuff back.
