LCrx vs 637 airwieght
Playing with the idea of getting a snubby and am interested in the LCrx and the 637 airwieght (I want an exposed hammer)
Can't decide which I like more and having shot neither it would be nice to get input from somebody who shot one or both of them

I have not shoot the LCR, can't comment on that part. I don't like their look, while that does not affect function, I wold not buy one.
I bought a well carried 637, it functions fine, just looks rough. It's a little snappy but the synth stocks help some. DA is smooth enough and SA is crisp. It's my preferred CC gun. I trust it 100%

The houge grips on the lcr are very nice. I have shot the .38, and think that it is a fine choice. Trigger is good. Heavy pull, but breaks clean. Anything that is this light is going to be a bit snappy, but it is not bad.

I don't mind the gun being snappy I want one for a Carry gun so light weight is good.

I have the 638 and love it. Pocket carry, it's light and not too bad to shoot.

Re: LCrx vs 637 airwieght
I have shot the LCR, LCRx and the 637 and like the 637 just a little bit better. Nothing is wrong with the Ruger. I just like the 637 more.
I'd take none of them to a gun fight but would be happy to use one for a backup or SD.20 years USN - OSC

637 all day long.
Been my EDC for years.
For the price you can't beat the out of the box trigger of a Smith wheel gun.FUCK BIDEN

Re: LCrx vs 637 airwieght
Shot the LCR, just bought an LCRx because I wanted the hammer. I've looked at the 637 not shot it. Went with the LCR over the 637 because it seemed to have more stainless parts than the 637, should hold up better than the mostly aluminum 637. Of course it could be that both have the same stainless parts and don't advertise it, but I liked the trigger better on the LCR too.

Re: LCrx vs 637 airwieght
I have an LCRx, smoothest DO trigger I found, tried others at the range, including the airweight and others. I really like that DO pull of the LCRx. SA is one of the best pulls out of the box. at 13 oz. not too bad in the front pocket.
