Who is a fan of Glock 357's?
I recently fell in love with the round, yes it is expensive, but WOW, what a blast to shoot! The numbers are pretty impressive too. It's my new carry round. I got a G32 barrel off another member and used it in my G23. Awesome. I then decided I wanted a G31 since I am a fan of the full size Glocks.
I stumbled into Armory 818 in Kresgeville yesterday and found, lo and behold, a lightly used Gen 4 G31 with 3 mags and a Lone Wolf .40 barrel and walked out the door with it for a grand total of $424. The Lone Wolf barrel is for sale in the classifieds if anyone wants it. I'm on a .357 auto kick right now! Can't wait to get some full power ammo for the 4.5 inch barrel.
It's been a good week so far!"Glocks are 5 times as addictive as crack"

I love that caliber as well, I too started out with the G31 but is was a Gen 3. I have since sold that glock and I am currently shooting 357 sig in a custom Fusion 1911 pistol. You are right about the fun factor, just a blast to shoot that round. I am also a 10 mm fan.

I think the 357 Sig is clearly a superior round since it shoots the new modern ammo such as Gold Dot and Federal HST. Also with Underwood ammo it is in the same power neighborhood with the 10mm and 9by25 Dillion, or if you want to go in the opposite direction it can be loaded with the weak sister Hornady ammo making it not much better than a hot 9mm.

Great deal for a Gen. 4 Glock with extra barrel. 357 Sig is a good round. I do not see any particular advantage it has over a 40 S&W. Definitely better than 9mm Luger. On the down side, it is harder to reload.

I have all 3 sized Glocks in it and want to add a G24 with .357sig barrel when I find a reasonable deal on one. The Steyr has peaked my interest too. Some 90gr bullets zipping along at 1600+fps is fun on steel poppers.

I love the 357 round. Never tried it in a glock though, mine is a sig p229. Cant really go wrong though, the bottleneck design makes it reliable in about anything. And yes it is really fun to shoot. Makes a heck of a bang!

Different cartridge. 357 Sig in the glocks and coonan's are 357 magnum.
Trying a coonan is on my bucket list. Buying one is on my powerball winnings list.

I'm a fan also.
I wonder what load the PA Game Commission uses in their 31's?
