Casino Regulation to be Rescinded
I just heard today from the Chief Counsel of the PA Gaming Control Board that Section 465a.13 is being rescinded based on my argument that it violates Section 6109(m.3) - http://blog.princelaw.com/2014/09/08...n-is-unlawful/

Repealing of 6108 because of it violating US Amendment XIV, Section 1.
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
