according to kennedy, not a proper punishment for the crime...if they cant be killed, torture them. they are vermin. this ruling just gave the green light to child molesters. the justice system sucks

It's ok I think we are still just gonna kill em and be done with those undeserved of life.

OK....
I should not have read that description of the crime....
I am torn on the death penalty in this country.
I hope to hell that who ever did those horrible things to that little girl catches there's in a most painful slow way.
