Who here worries about printing?
Wearing certain clothes has definately allowed for printing, some get ups to the point where I might as well OC. Of course if its that bad I just OC or put on a different shirt. My problem, being a new LTCF holder is that i feel like im "half-assing" it if I allow for printing while I go about my daily travels. I don't know if anyone else had similar feelings when they started or not, just wanted to throw this up here. From what I've observed as im walking around shopping or doing w/e, people don't even glance down or notice the printing at all. However, if im waiting in line somewhere, waiting for my spot at the register, I do believe I have noticed several people glancing down at my hip, I imagine trying to figure out what this thing poking out at my shirt is(the grip). Nobody has said anything, or really showed signs of giving much thought to it. In fact I've been in the vicinity of several police officers over the last week, while on foot, having walked past eachother to whatever location we were headed, and none of them seemed to notice.

Re: Who here worries about printing?
Once I became comfortable with OC, printing became alot less of an issue. I only concern myself with it if I'm with friends - they all know I carry, but I'd rather not have an altercation with a LEO while out with them. I've got some fairly thick headed left-wing friends who are starting to see the light when it comes to carry. I wouldn't want a bad incident to swing them the wrong way.

Looking to get LCP or P3 also, as I do not OC, rather be concealed, and the G27 on warm days as I wear business casual would not work, so I am stuck lately carrying it in my Dayrunner,

Re: Who here worries about printing?
If you want cc, try going a size up on your shirt, and get it in a Tall cut. Try to stick with darker colors.
Big yes on th p3at in the nemisis, great for hot, summer cc where you don't want a cover garment.

Re: Who here worries about printing?
Why worry. It`s really just your paranoia thinking people are looking. Even when I carry a full size 1911 with just a Teeshirt over an OWB what prints would be hard to discern except for an experience gun owner. With all the crap people carry like cell phones etc you just blend in.

Re: Who here worries about printing?
While I was CC'ing, I stopped to gas up the car... while I was filling up, I figured I'd wash the windows. Then I started getting some odd looks from the people at the gas station. Turns out when I leaned over to scrub a bug spot on the windshield, my polo shirt rode up and was showing my pistol to all that cared.
Didn't think about it till I fixed my shirt before getting back in the car. Oh well, no great worries.

Stop worrying about printing, as new carrier you should be focusing on your situational awareness.
