Short Title:
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for firearms not to be carried without a license and for licenses.

A step forward although I like the universal recognition bill better. I can see Kane (or another of her ilk) just sitting back and doing nothing, the bill doesn't seem to have anything to force her hand. She could just claim she's "investigating" the other states' laws....forever.
