    Default What a meal!

Friday morning I put some venison loin into one of those ziplock bags you can vacuum seal. The marinade was some red wine, ground black pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder.

Tonight I grilled it up and served it with a salad of romaine, red onion, crumbled blue cheese, and balsamic dressing. Opened a bottle of red wine to boot and some fresh bread and I'm feeling like a king!

My wife is still leary of venison but she enjoyed the way it was done tonight.

    Dinner pics require documentation.

Yellowtail's Cabernet Merlot blend both for the marinade and table.
