My sister works for PPG and I went for the annual PPG night. I carried my P229 with no issues.

They take their "no hunting" policy seriously. Don't even think about trying to take home any trophies.

But there are no signs at the entrance saying you cannot carry. in fact I don't recall seeing and Rules posted at the gates. I was there in May and cc'ed with no problem. I have been there 6 times in the past year with no problem.

now if you want to go digging around there website you will find a statement that says Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on Zoo grounds. http://www.pittsburghzoo.org/PlanYourVisit/ZooPolicies

I carried there without incident in june. Not metal detectors or searches.

If the website says no then NO. You want to be thrown out? Don't care if it's concealed. Your taking a risk.

carry concealed and there is no problem.
