I get pulled over frequently by police, mostly from leaving bar which I work at because they think I'm another drunk driver. I heard many different suggestions of what to do if you are armed, place both hands on the window, put both hands in the air, put hands on steering wheel. Personally since i have roll up windows which is blocked by the holstered gun in my door I open my door slightly, put my hands clearly in the air and tell the officer "sir I have and license to carry, there is a loaded weapon in my drivers side door" and then I wait for instructions which usually they take my gun until the traffic stop is complete and return it unloaded.

What does everyone else do?

Pretty much the exact opposite of that.

Opening your door is a very big no-no.

I was watching tv and I saw a tv ad about a product called catch caddy. They are pockets that go inbetween your seat and center console to catch change, phones and what ever falls in that crack which is impossible to find things in. Well this pocket has another nice feature. It's perfectly sized to hold a handgun! It also puts your weapon in easy reach to draw. They are only $10 for 4 of them. I love mine. Great spot to keep my gun and it also prevents my phone or wallet from falling into the annoying crack

Hanging your gun on the door and then opening the door, what could possibly go wrong?

It's all about putting the cop at ease, but you're doing the opposite. Dome light on, window down, hands on the wheel, STFU except for polite chit-chat, that's it.

I remember reading somewhere where someone farted near a cop and got arrested, cant remember where I saw it. If you did it Frenchy a SWAT team would be called and you would get to go to GITMO for vacation, biological weapon and all

2 times I was ever pulled over in PA, well one time I was not pulled over but my car stalled from water. (remember that tropical storm that hit Harmony Twp / mcandless area and had all sorts of cars suddenly under water) I stalled in front of the Giant Eagle doors..
and an other time when i did a left on a red light and cop said it was not legal... well that time, I was about 5 minutes from home.. farted just as the cop walked over.. He exclaimed "Smells like you just crapped yourself!" I said that was just a fart, but i will crap myself if I don't get home soon!

Greatest police stop ever, I think he was about to ask if i wanted an escort to my door just to get me home faster.

I'm not grasping why the police are pulling you over in the first place? Because you are driving late at night? Are the police allowed to randomly pull cars over for no other reason other to check to see if the driver's been drinking?
