Polishing the slide and ramp on a Czech from 1971?
Just picked up a CZ-70 last week and have been reading up on common problems with the guns. I havent had any problems myself after about 100 rounds but I read that polishing the ramp is a great benefit to the action of these guns. Is this something I can do with a dremel?
Also, the finish on the slide isnt in the benst condition. I was thinking about polishing the slide as well or prepping the surface and getting it repainted or powder coated.
Anyone have any experiece with doing these sort of things?

not yet, but i have one of those i bought to round out my commie collection and it's in the same condition. [although mine came complete with a firing pin]. I'm planning to have it refinished because it looks like it was stored under a bed for 10 years.
