Default Kudos to our 63rd district rep.

Received a flyer in the mail from state representative Donna Oberlander. One meeting mentioned in October was a free firearms safety and rights seminar. The participants will include the local DA and Sheriff. Topics will include concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine. Concealed carry applications will be available at the event. Checked her website and saw this petition. http://www.repoberlander.com/guncontrol2013.aspx

With all the negatives around this was refreshing.

These meetings are usually full of fail. In large quantities.

I went to one that was held in Wayne County last month. It was sponsored by Sandra Major my rep. Unfortunately the Sheriff and DA were from Wayne and I am in Susquehanna. Not much useful information. The sheriff made a case for not open carrying and the DA was mostly interested in blowing her own horn about how great she is and talked more about her anti drug programs than castle doctrine or even open carry.

Rep Major has one at the end of this month in Susquehanna where our wonderful DA and Sheriff will present the program. I signed up and want to hear what they have to say. Sorry if I bumped someone but I need to hear our elected Law Enforcement Officers speak on the subject of Castle Doctrine.

Thanks, if I can I'm going to check this one out. Hopefully it'll be better.

Is Adcock running in our district? He seems pretty conservative, judging by his stance on obamacare.
    Je suis déplorable
