I wish I was surprised but htis is pretty much Par for the course. Several things he says not only ring true but should make everyone take notice.

The big question that needs to be answered is....why is the Federal Government allowing these ticking time bombs (disease, criminals/gangs, drugs and an overloaded system)? When they explode; and overwhelm the local and State capability to deal with these...it certainly opens the door for Federal Control of the situation(Martial law?). Food for thought.
