Boeing 777 Shot Down in Ukraine - What Happens Now?
http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/17/world/...html?hpt=hp_t1
Part of it:
"CNN) -- [Breaking news update at 4:53 p.m. ET Thursday]
The United States has concluded the Malaysian airline was shot down, a senior U.S. official told CNN's Barbara Starr. One radar system saw a surface-to-air missile system turn on and track an aircraft right before the plane went down Thursday, according to the official. A second system saw a heat signature at the time the airliner was hit, the official said. The United States is analyzing the trajectory of the missile to try to learn where the attack came from."
Looks like the tension in that area just hit a whole new level of eery. I don't see this developing in any kind of good direction from here on out. What say you, forum?

The O-hole's response was to punish us by banning Saiga imports. That's his priority. Not terrorists, not criminals, not foreign enemies, but his concern instead is law abiding gun owners in the US. Can whoever needs to be finally be pissed off enough to get rid of him already?!?

nothing of substance will happen, there will be a lot of tough talk and condemnation and in a few weeks the story will fade. terrible tragedy that almost 300 people lost their lives for nothing. praying for the family and friends of the victims.

Minke sure none of our planes are routed over Ukraine airspace and go on with business as usual. As it should be. Not our problem.
I have plenty if sympathy for the dead, the act is reprehensible, but the question is what is Malaysia going to do about it, or the European Union, or Ukraine (if it was Russia that shit it down)... not what the US is going to do. As stated somewhere else... We are not "Team America, World Police".
