Default Need a gunsmith SE PA to weld on an AK

I have a Norinco MAK-90 that was a blocked under folder. It came with a thumb hole stock. When I took the stock off, the bottom of the trunion was milled away for the stock to fit. It also had a double hole stock tang welded on.

I'm looking for someone capable of welding up the hole. I can cut off and dress the tang area. Any suggestions?

A pic of what it looks like.

If you were on my side of the state I could help you. Man that is a lot of TIG welding though.

I'd call some weld shops. Maybe someone that does custom exhaust or something similar. It can be done but it will be time consuming.

can just a regular fab shop work on an reciever like that without and FFL?

INAL but for some reason im going to say thats a no go, unless you're standing there watching and it never "leaves" your possession for "gunsmithing"
