Which bullet sleeps in your nightstand?
This should be a fairly straightforward question... just wondering what you keep by the bed at night, and why.

SIG 225/P6 9mm just so if I ever have to defend myself, I will prove that shot placement is more important than a large caliber.

21 rounds of handloaded .40.
Why? Because I am 100% sure of my defense loads. And I can tailor them to my gun better than the factory can.
No....don't lecture me about possible lawsuits that have never happened. And...if it would happen....I'm worth it.

12ga, and 12ga only. my handguns go in the safe as soon as I come home. I see no reason to be undergunned in my house and use a handgun.

12 ga, I agree with XD45. A handgun is what you use to fight your way to a long gun.
