Why do I keep logging on
I have been looking at the GSG-9 in the compact 22 for a while - but how can I resist Buds dropping the price to $202 !!!!! Answer - I can't, on it's way to my FFL.
I know most have posted they like theirs, will be a nice addition to my full size GSG 1911-22
I gotta log off soon...................oh, and sorry if anyone else is interested, after I bought mine item went out of stock
Funny, just checked again and after I bought mine for $202, the gun went out of stock, then a few minutes later came back up in stock at $326. Guess I just checked at the right moment.Last edited by cruzans; July 15th, 2014 at 10:30 PM. Reason: back in stock - higher $

Congrats on the purchase!I forgot how much I missed the slang from the 70's and 80's: "Bite me, dig?"

Re: Why do I keep logging on
Looks like a great deal!
I do a lot of internet research and purchasing, I have found that some internet retailers will offer a lower price the first time you visit and then raise it the next time? I have personally experienced this with plane tickets, Walmart, and a host of other retailers. Always open a new page or tab rather than closing out what you have just looked at when looking to purchase.
Maybe it just me?Sit down! You'll never clear leather.

I'm sure that is true - for me, not my first or even 101st visit to buds site though . I have found similar deals on buds like my sig 290 with oil rubbed bronze slide - over $100 less than normal then went back up after I purchased. They just seem to put teasers out there often

Re: Why do I keep logging on
Lol, wife "knows" after she sees them, I just don't tell her when I actually purchase or let her see me come in the house with them ! I also learned from a wise man many years ago to have a separate checking/savings account all my own that money goes in from paycheck so I don't have to use joint account for fun stuff................
