Guy Pulls Gun In Road Rage Incident
http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/84179495/
Description: WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGE. A man with road rage pulls a gun in traffic, after getting brake-checked twice. This all happened right in front of Fultondale AL police department. 5 witnesses called 911 during this, not a single officer responded even though they were couple feet away.
1) He could have driven away
2) Probably wasn't in fear of death or great bodily harm thus making use of lethal force not justifiable
3) Had his finger on the trigger before being ready to shoot
4) Just looking like someone who's crazy (reminiscent of Jim Carrey?)
5) The camera man facing a gun and not leaving?!
What does everyone think? We obviously didn't get to see the events leading up to this. It doesn't look like the camera man was trying to open the door or pull him out or anything. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was tracked down and charged with terroristic threats. From what we have it seems like a bad draw and point.Last edited by jthrelf; June 28th, 2014 at 07:39 PM.

#1 says it all.
There's way too much rage out there without introducing knuckleheads with guns into the situation.

Re: Guy Pulls Gun In Road Rage Incident
There's some unconfirmed speculation out there on the interwebs that this event was staged.

I tried to determine if a bullet in the pipe could be see by looking down the barrel but I still wasn't sure.

Re: Guy Pulls Gun In Road Rage Incident
Well, one can't apply PA laws to Alabama. I suspect no laws were broken as in most southern states, one can use deadly force to protect property, to include a broken car window.
If the man with the camera confronted the man driving, and the man driving said he was afraid of the man, end of story.
Further, when I was a cop in Georgia, I doubt I would have arrested the driver. The right to defend ones self and property is paramount. The camera man approached and confronted the driver. Driver has a basic right to defend self.
Everyone went home without an ambulance ride or ER visit, no harm, no foul.
As with most bar fights and fights in general, mutual combat, no one goes to jail and if anyone wants to press charges, they can go to the magistrate on Monday and file them. Otherwise, everyone go home.

Id be willing to bet the guy on the bike has a martial arts background. I cant see your average guy taunting a guy with a gun to get out.

Sooooooo are they teaching something new these days? Cause when I was taking karate they still didn't know how to defend against a bullet. The only only one that I know that could even possibly do it would be Chuck Norris. That's because he has great chest hair that protects him from everything.

What a couple of jackasses. For anyone to get THAT ANGRY over the particular locations of the large pieces of aluminum, plastic and metals that propel them over the ground on air filled pieces of rubber to risk 1) Being shot to death and 2) Going to jail for life and losing everything..
Biker guy was an idiot. He's the one who came up to the window, I am assuming, unless he was already next to him. He's unarmed and a random angry stranger is pointing a loaded pistol with his finger on the trigger right there but he keeps provoking him and calling him names. The driver holding the firearm was also out of control and should be in jail. I almost thought this was fake for a minute.-jFw
