25 Shots Fired In Strawberry Mansion, Man Hit 3 Times

Police are investigating a shooting in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city.

It happened overnight on the 3300 block of West Cumberland Street.

Police say 25 shots were fired from a light-colored SUV on Wednesday shortly before midnight.

One man was hit three times. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition.

There's no word yet on a suspect or a motive.

25 shots and 3 hits , sounds like someone needs to go to the range more.

No, it would have been 50+ shots and only property damage. Maybe a cat or dog would get grazed.

well streaker that was my first thought too. but then for that many hits at night for so few shots fired I don't that the nypd could have pulled it off.
