    Default Century C93

So they use to be $399, then when the shtf they went up to $800+. I see them now down to $499 at one place. Anyone own one? How reliable? Worth the $. Is it a well made HK clone?

I have one. Very little recoil and fairly accurate. Heck I didn't even have to adjust my sights right out of the box.

However, there are or were some lemons out there. I've had mine for about 4 years now and have run steel case and xm193 through it with no problems.

great guns for the money, especially when you consider the cost of a real HK93. i bought one when they first came out several years ago and the finish on the early guns was closer to the real HK finish but now the finish looks like its parkerized. very nice rifles for 500 bucks but make sure you clean it really good before you take it out to shoot.

Used to be easy to find and plentiful enough to be picky about the ones you encountered. Had 2, returned one, sold the second. Great, GREAT shooters but didn't care for the proprietary mags.
Back then they came with 2 40rd mags and bayo - unless you bought from J&G as the bastards held back one mag and the bayo. Mags were once widely available and not too expensive.

Thanks Obama and the Newtown nutball.

Visit the HKPro forums as these are widely discussed.
All of my guns are lubed with BACON GREASE.
