New neighbor OCing first day of being neighbor!
Chalk up another one for missed PAFOA connections. I happened to glance my new neighbor across the street unpacking a box with his wife (I assume) OCing what seemed to be a full-size sidearm in perhaps a Serpa holster on his right hip.
All the years I've been around I've never seen another OCer outside of rallies or my direct circle of friends and suddenly one moves in just across the road!
Didn't get a good look as they unloaded a large box into their garage and then left in their SUV but I was very happy to see a new addition to the neighborhood carrying openly. I have been the only one to do so yet though I know both my neighbors to either side own firearms.
If this sounds like you and you just moved into a new house in the Willow Grove area I'll try and say hi next time I see you out and welcome you to the neighborhood. Perhaps we can get together and go shooting sometime. Always looking for more folks to go shooting with!

You could always wait until he does something of questionable legality then if he is OC ask, "Is that legal??"
When he begins explaining that PA is an open carry state, interrupt them and say, "No, I know that. I meant blocking the sidewalk with your car!" (or whatever the violation)
Then explain the joke so they know you were kidding.
But you probably went over already, right? It is you. You have all the weapons that you need. Now fight. --Sucker Punch

I know one of my neighbors open carries. Word is he's a little crazy though. I finally met him recently and he noticed my gun and seemed delighted and asked me about it. I couldn't see his but he told me what he carries.

Yeah, one of my neighbor's saw my 'gun' one time. I was peeing behind the garage and the nosy bitch walked into my backyard to snoop on stuff. Hahahahahahaa She looked like she had never seen one that big before. Well, it's possible she hadn't, she is married to a sissy bed-wetting liberal idiot!
