Default Suspects at large after gun range shooting

"It happened around 8:30 Thursday night on the 100 block of Geiger Road.

Police say the male victim was shot at least once. He was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital in critical condition. The victims, 67 and 68 years old, were coming out of the gun store and robbed of 7 weapons, including revolvers for an unknown reason, police say.

Police are looking for a man and a Hispanic female who fled the scene in a black car with heavily tinted windows.

Both suspects are considered armed and extremely dangerous.

Officers stopped a car that they say fits he general description of the fleeing vehicle along Schuylkill Avenue.

Investigators are waiting to interview a witness in order to determine whether the occupants of that vehicle were the people involved. http://6abc.com/news/suspects-at-lar...obbery/110756/ http://www.myfoxphilly.com/story/257...phia-gun-store

Right now some here there is a Anti Gunner blaming this on the gun and the lawful gun owner. 7 more handguns that the NRA and people like us put on the streets to kill billions more!

Getting shot in the groin is bad enough, getting all your guns stolen after getting shot in the groin is like getting kicked in the yams after getting shot in the nuts.

This is one of several reasons I dislike ranges/clubs that insist on operating a "cold range". (Not saying this is one, I know nothing about the place. This just made me think of it.)

Really people! I mean we cant figure out why 2 gangsters lay and waited for 2 older people to come out of gun store/range and rob them? What do they have Barny Fife on the job in this part of town?

I would also like to add gun shows and some shops I have been in to that list.

Unfortunate for the victims, but a great reminder that regardless of age, one should be extra vigilant when going to or from a gun store or gun range.

I'll unload my hip gun at a gun show (because they require it), but on the way out the door, between the inner and outer doors, the mag goes back in and one goes in the pipe. WHY? Because that's where the shit is going to happen. Gun store parking lots: surprises the hell out of me that we don't hear this stuff happening a lot more often.
