Bellwood in sad state...

Just came from Bellwood Sportsmans Club.

Boards coming loose on benches.

Nobody seems to know exactly what distance berms/targets are, and are not marked.

Grass past 100 yard line is waist tall. Doesn't look like it's been mowed at all this year.

Grass/poison ivy growing on berms.

I would hope the board members would vote for a new grounds keeper, as this is not being done!!!

Get some like minded members together at the next meeting, and get a work party together. It's much easier to sit back and complain about it. People will get involved if they start to see results.

This is how it starts, remember board members are elected. Get like minded folks together for elections, and let your voices be heard. I joined a club awhile back, started showing up at meetings, became a trustee, and am now vice pres. It can be done.
