First pic from my son's new apartment.

Not really the "first" picture, since I took a bunch when I helped move him down to VA on Monday...........

But........its the first picture he sent me..............

Steelers baby!!!



My son, Steve Jr will be starting his brand new job with a .gov agency in Fairfax. He will be sharing the apartment with his girlfriend Lauren. I taught my son well as he is an avid Steelers fan..........as is Lauren, especially since she is from Pittsburgh!

They haven't met their neighbors, but I'm sure they will get along. The neighbor has a Steelers welcome mat out front!

Oh yeah, the tv is a 52" flat screen LCD set. My son sent me a text message last week saying "I just bought a big-assed tv!" I told him I'll be coming down to watch all the Steeler games!

ON the dvd rack on the right in the picture... The DVD on the 2nd shelf right side, the yellow one... Is that the Steelers Road to Supoer Bowl XL DVD set?

I don't have the bare bone pictures on my laptop, so I'll post one or two when I get home. They have a huuuuge living room. The kitchen and bathroom are on the smallish size, but for two working adults I think its just fine.

I was supposed to be going back down next week to stay with him for a few days while I attended a Beretta armorer's course at the NRA Building (which is around the block!!) but I had to cancel because one of my cases is going to trial. Bummer!
