Yep, it *is* very satisfying to reload. Premium ammo for the 30-06 is waay to spensive to just blast away at the range. But reloading, I can make my own 'premium' rounds, infact any type of bullet I want, for less than the price of the cheap commercial stuff.
I was amazed the accuracy increase the first time I fired my own loads. I cant shoot the uber-groups, but the consistancy is there.
Only problem I have, is that light contoured barrel heats up fast at the range. Even if I wait 30-60 seconds between shots.
