    I'm waiting for the New Jersey Legislature to propose banning handguns.

    I'm not hoping for it, just expect them to try it.

    That's already been ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS in Heller (2008) and McDonald (2010)

    One of the recent SAFE Act judges ruled that the law should stand despite admitting that it placed undue burden on gun owners, infringes on the Second Amendment AND went against SCOTUS precedent. In the name of public safety and interest (IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN!).
