Attention! There has been an influx of scammer signups!

The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.
Attention! About VPN's and foreign IP addresses.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

New Colt Anniversary 1911 Tier III: Shoot it or not???

Picked this up today as a replacement for my M1991A1 I had to sell last year to help pay for medical bills. Bought it to partly be a collectible and what I really wanted the M1991A1 to be, a good WWI/WWII replica. This is better, in my book.

Box came w/o the 100 year anniversary card some came with, but at least I had the 2011 Colt catalog and price sheet. I had read on the net on various forums that some people did not get one with theirs, not much I could do about it.

Question is should I shoot the thing or not? I am almost afraid to break it down and accidentally put an "idiot mark" on it.

Next up will likely be the New Agent.
