Saiga AK gunsmith (lehigh valley)

Hello,

I'm looking for a gunsmith who can remove the barrel shroud on my Saiga AK so I can install a muzzle break. I have already tried doing this myself and have broken some tools in the process so I'm pretty much over it. I recently took it to a gunsmith and he looked at it and didn't really want to get into it and never really messed with one before. I'd like to find somebody who has already done this. I have called a couple of other gunsmiths in the area and they also did not want to do the job. Any help would be much appreciated.
