Lightbulb Shooting on my land in Pa

My local gun range has just been closed permanently due to range abuse . I live in Fayette county Pennsylvania. It is a rural mountain community and I need to target shoot. I will be using a .22 caliber rifle and I have a good dirt hill to use as a back stop so no one will be hurt. I need to know how far I have to be from a public road and buildings such as homes, schools etc. My neighbors are kinda ignorant and I don't want them calling the police on me and me to be in the wrong. Please help

Get a suppressor. It'll sound like an air rifle.

Without knowing exactly where your situated in town,,,, it's hard to give you any SOUND opinion.

    "Your"?

Perhaps you meant to use "you're".

    I doubt you meant "yore".

Homonyms can indeed be confusing at times.

If you have to ask if you are too close to roads or other homes you probably are. My test is this. Would YO want someone shooting 22s, with a range of over 1.5 mile, just next door? Yeah, yeah, berms and all, but still.

You must be a city boy. We all shoot out here in the country all of the time. Don't shoot toward houses and have a good backstop. It's very enjoyable to be able to train as I want without having to abide by rules designed for the least competent of shooters.
