Default Raise the comb on a Mossberg 500.

I've started to shoot trap a bit at my local club and enjoy it. However the comb on my 500 Field gun is a little low and it feels like I have been punched in the face after two rounds.

Some quick google-fu yields allot of results for this product:

Although there are some bad reviews about the pads not staying in place, this will be a semi permanent install so after I find the right setup I am not adverse to using tape or some other non permanent adhesive to help keep the pads in place if that becomes and issue for me.

I like the fact that I can dial in the amount of comb and it's padded so that should help with the recoil to my jaw.

Has anyone used this product or others like it?

For reference this is exact the shotgun I use for trap:

I used these a while back for one of my shotguns. It's a soft rubbery material and it's not permanent if you decide you want to take it off later on. It won't require drilling any holes in your wood stock or anything awful like that. You've got a few options depending on how high you want to raise it.

    1/8", 3/16" and 3/8".

There are these too by Kick Eeze. 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4".

If you wanted to go the factory look route or don't like the look of the other options, you can always buy this. This is what I use in my Mossberg 500 Field/Deer Combo.
