So just to make sure I'm understanding this.

He approached a woman standing on the street and immediately frisked her and asked for weapons, then took her in the bank where a person she may or may not have been associated with was arrested for passing a cashiers check that SHE MAY have thought was legit...

I think the term may be STUPID? 2 suspects, in a bank, no report of weapons or hostile intent and they just went in with 2 officers and immediately arrested both.
