Got my ccw permit today

I received my Florida nonresident ccw permit today. It took 65 days

How do you answer question #4 on the FL application? I just don't understand whos exempt from what and the lawyerese. That, a notorization, and a check for 117.00 is all that is keeping me from sending it in for processing.

For those of us playing along at home, exactly what does question #4 say?

It is a short question, but there is this looong explanation in the booklet that comes with the application and is written in lawyerese.

but the actual question is " 4a)Do you qualify for exemption from the public records law as provided by section 119.071(4)(d), FL statutes? YES NO
See #4 of APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONs"

then...

"4b) If yes, do you wish to have this information kept confidential?" YES NO
