Default Any good places to fish

I just moved here. I do not know the area at all. I only know how to get to 1 location on Shenango river and 1 at shenango lake. Anyone know a good place to fix that is simple to get to around here? Any sportsmans clubs with lakes?

    Contact local Pa Fish Commission.
The most dangerous place in America is a "gun free" zone.

It's a little out of your area, but Moraine State Park has some good fishing. I guess it depends on what kind of fishing experience you're looking for. That's where I go anyways.

I agree with Lake Arthur (morraine state park) I see lots of fish people catch while paddling there almost weekly.

I had 0 luck by the Shenango River dam. I had 0 luck at Shenango lake. I went to Pymatuming today off the dock and after 3 hours of 2 people fishing I caught a 16" mud puppy (Salamander). 4 days of fishing and only 1 salamander to show for it. Hopefully luck will change soon. I will try Moraine this week.

BTW has anyone ever caught mud puppy. Totally freaked me out because I never saw one or knew what it was. Looked kind of like a catfish but it had 4 legs. I thought I caught a mutant. Scared my wife for life.
