I thought it was 45 days
Now someone correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it only take 45 days to be approved or denied your LTCF. What's with this 8 to 10 week period??? I see people posting about how they had to wait 3 months for their LTCF. I'm no genius but there are 4 weeks in a month, most of them have 30-31 days in them. So i should be looking at a month and a half wait for my LTCF right. What can I do if they go over the 45 day period??? Are there any laws pertaining to and protecting me for this "unlawful" wait ?

Re: I thought it was 45 days
The law says 45 days. Philly however interprets this to be more of a 45 business days kind of deal in which case 9 weeks is what they think they have.
People have had luck calling them and pressuring them over the 45 day limit.
§6109. Licenses.
