Selling an AR stripped lower in PA
I am selling a stripped lower for an AR15 but I want to be certain of the law before I sell it. I had built it into a complete rifle but stripped it back down.
Is this stripped lower considered a long gun in PA. Can I sell it like a long gun with no transfer, or can I meet face to face with a buyer, check their LTCF, and sell it for cash with a bill of sale?
Thanks PAFOA.

Re: Selling an AR stripped lower in PA
Yes, the lower is the "firearm" and can be sold FTF or however you feel comfortable doing so.
You may find me dead in a ditch one day. But by God, I'll be lying in a pile of brass.
