I need a custom leather holster - recommend someone?
I have a couple holsters for the Mrs but there is one style she wants and we can't find it. We're looking for a leather, pancake, preferably with thumb-break, OWB, and cross-draw for a right-handed person. And this will be for a Beretta Cougar model 8045, 4" barrel (no rail). It's hard to find anything for this pistol so it looks like we have to go custom.
I'm hoping to have this for her on her birthday, 4/26, but realistically as long as it's in the works it's not critical that it be finished by then. Can anyone pull this off? Does anybody know anyone who can do this?
I can try to acquire a blue gun to use to form-fit the holster as I doubt anyone has one of these laying around, but we can sweat these kinds of details once I know who I'm working with.
Help? While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Check these guys out. i bought the dual duty 3 slot and it is a quality holster. Not great for a crossdraw though. Not enough cant. I see they have a new crossdraw with a thumb break.

That is a nice looking holster, thanks for the link. I sent them a email about fitting one to her pistol. I also showed her the image of the holster and she really likes it.

Got my shoulder rig from Black Hills Leather. Comfortable - sturdy. Just gotta adjust it a bit. Guy does really nice work; at least for the Firestar .45 I have. Small .45 - so horizontal holster. Also two extra mag pouches - holders.

Try www.wildbillsconcealment.com. They have a Sh!t ton of blue guns to fit many, even the Cougar.
The time frame may be the issue but I love mine.

Try Mtrcustomleather.net. They offer cross draw holsters as well. I'm waiting on a custom piece from them right now myself so I can't comment on the finish yet, but their stuff looks really sweet. I messaged them about doing a custom rig myself and they responded the following morning. Delivery time is supposed to be in the 3-4 week range. Seems pretty quick to me.
