At my polling place there was an armed PA Constable. I thought LE folks were prohibited from hanging out at the pols. BTW I CCd as usual.

PA Constables can hang out and carry. Watching over the polls is actually one of their duties.

Law Enforcement Officers can carry to vote but cannot "hang out".

    This is my understanding.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

With less than 3% reporting, Scott Wagner has an early lead with 45% of the vote, Dem Linda Small in 2nd, and Rep Ron Miller last but close behind Small.

Fox43 just reported that Miller conceded. Only 42% reporting Wagner had 45% of the vote with the rest split between Miller and Small. Considering Miller and the establishment, I'll wait to see more of the precincts reporting and hopefully a larger spread.
