Re: Will South Philadelphia 1st District CLEO sign
Thanks for the info dan.
My next question is: When you say start a corporation, does the corporation have to be firearm related? I currently have corporation, but it is automotive related. Or would it just be better to have something totally different in the case that i ever sell it?

Do you really want your toys tied to your existing business? So, if an automotive customer sues you for something, you lose your NFA items? Didn't think so. I'd keep them separate, too.

Re: Will South Philadelphia 1st District CLEO sign
Start a new LLC. Do it, its worth the $$
It protects your toys. You will get sued if you own a biz, especially in the city. Too many freeloaders out there looking for the big score off of a stubbed toe or an improperly turned screw.NEED should never enter into a discussion about RIGHTS
