I had such an experience many years ago involving a squib load stuck in the barrel and another shot being fired right behind it. Thank goodness it was an old Colt Official Police from the 1940s that had a thick barrel made from quality steel. I got away with just a bulged barrel instead of a blown barrel resembling a peeled banana.

Needless to say, I checked the powder level on each shell before seating the bullet.

I believe that Glock's service department is such that they will take care of the owner in this matter and make any repairs or replacement as the case may be. Even though they do not have an obligation to do so. Of course, there will be a letter of strong warning about further use of reloads in their firearms.
For me this is the most important part of reloading. I do 100 at a time in two 50 round case holders. Once Ive charged them Ill I stand over them and look in each and every case with a flashlight, then I do it again before seating bullets. Ive reloaded I would guess 2000 5.56, 200 .243, 2000 10mms, 1000 300blk, and about 400 45lc and 454 cas......I have found twice on rifle rounds my funnel must not have been completely over the case mouth and some of the powder must have gone out the side or something..... 2 out of all those thousands isnt alot, but 1 is enough to blow the side of your face off so I double check every bullet. I also measure every single charge individually and pour it from the scale cup into the case with a drop funnel.

This dumb old fart has to learn to look at the date of the original post. Caught once again with a post from the past.
You would think that at my age I would have learned. At least it didn't cost me anything.
