Good pocket pistol under $200
I recently been looking at a few pocket pistols. I do not want to make the wife mad again, she is still upset about the AR-15 I just purchased so I am trying to stick to a low budget. I am looking for a reliable gun that will fire when I need it too. I looked at Cobra and discovered they are VERY unreliable. What would you guys recommend

A good one under $200, that's not going to be easy.
KelTec 3AT, I.O. Hellcat. You may be a tad over that $200 limit though.

You can get brand new Ruger LCP's for between $270-300 If you can swing a bit more. The used market in the LCP could get to $200 but people don't seem to sell them much.

Re: Good pocket pistol under $200
A pocket pistol is already a compromise in a number of ways. Making something that small work well is already a tough enough job. I wouldn't make it tougher by looking for a discount.
The LCP that clocks in around $300 (plus or minus) is as low as I'd care to go in this area.

You can get a Kel-Tec for less than 200 if you look around

Re: Good pocket pistol under $200
As others have said shop around for a used LCP. Used should be in the $225-250 range. A new one is only about $300 also. They're very reliable and probably the best bargain going for a true pocket gun out there.

A used PF9 should fall under $200 unless you are getting extras with it.

you may be able to find a North American Arms mini-22 for under $200 if you look.
Or 4 raven's, you'll probably be able to shoot at least 3 shots, so if your most likely defensive scenario can be solved with 3 rounds of .25 acp then there ya go.
