I guess that would include flintlock and percussion rifles and muskets. Rolling blocks, bolt actions, all pistols and possibly revolvers as well as pump action shotguns. All "military style weapons at some point in time.

Technically you would also have to include swords, armor for horses, shields with spikes, knives, sticks with stones lashed to the end...
