M11 A1 Magazines?
I AM SORRY IF I AM IN THE WRONG PLACE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT MAGS WILL WORK WITH MY M11 A1. I JUST BOUGHT IT NEW WITH 3 MAGS AND A COUPON FOR ANOTHER BUT YOU CANT HAVE TOO MANY MAGS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD 10 DIFFERENT THINGS. MY 226 MAG GOES IN AND WORKS BUT ITS TOO LONG A A LITTLE LOOSE. IT IS A MEC GAR 18 ROUNDER. THE MAGS THAT CAME WITH IT ARE 15 ROUND WITH 229-1 STAMPED ON THEM. I AM NORMALLY A CZ FANATIC BUT I MUST SAY I LOVE THIS GUN. IT IS VERY DIFFERENT THAN MY CZS BUT I STILL LOVE IT AND IT IS VERY ACCURATE AND SOFT SHOOTING. ANYWAY I WOULD GREATLY APPEECIATE ANY INPUT. THANK YOU. BLESSINGS, STEVE

Re: M11 A1 Magazines?
You would be good with any P228 or P229 9mm magazine. The P229 came in 13 and 15 round. The P228 only 13 round.

Mecgar makes 15 round mags for the P228. I bought a few from midway USA. Around $25 I believe.

Re: M11 A1 Magazines?
I had a Sig P228, and older one made in West Germany. Excellent pistol, however, my CZ-75D PCR (lightweight, compact) fit great in the Sig's holster, and I have been carrying that instead of the Sig for many years.
As others have said the M11 is essentially a franken P228, and mags for that and the P229 will work.

Re: M11 A1 Magazines?
As stated, you want p228 mags to fit flush.
