Aftermarket sights for RIA 1911

Are there aftermarket sights made specifically for the RIA tactical 1911? If not, why not? I do know that the Novak cut sights can be made to work but it seems that there's been enough of these sold for enough years that there should be ones made for their specific Novak style cut. I'm coming up empty.

Any thoughts?

Can't help you Moose but I am tuning in for the answer.

I was searching last year and came up with no answers either.

Hopefully someone found a solution.

My dad just ordered a set from Dawson Precision for his RIA Tactical 9mm. He's going to do the install himself with a sight pusher.

You can order them from Dawson Precison or Fusion Firearms I use both for a variety of sights . the nice thing about Dawson is that if they are out of something they will make it for you in a week. I just ordered a bunch of Cz 75 front fiber optic sights for my stock in different heights they only had four in stock but the other eight they will make and ship to me in a week.

Dawson makes FO replacement.
Fusion firearms in Binghamton NY is making a replacement Tritium front for RIA.

There are a lot of question about sights on RIA are discussed at here...

I installed XS Big dot tritium with Fusion .156" U notch rear in .325" height on my RIA CS.
I installed Fusion Tritium front in .180" height with Fusion .156" U notch rear in .325" height on my RIA CS.

They all required some fitting.
