The 2009 was released in 1999, before the 2022 (which came in 2003). The 2009 is discontinued and only made in 9mm.

Thanks, I looked it up on a few different sites and pretty much said just that, the predecessor of the 2022. I have a 2022 in 40 cal - was debating if $399 was a good price. I do like the police trade ins - and if Swiss, can't be fired much

Seems a bit high, Buds has new Swiss-made 2022 in 9mm for around $450.
