Re: can I reload?
Why wouldn't it be? My house is an 1100 sq ft rowhome, space is at a premium. Our ugly coffee table has been turned into a reloading bench, unless/until we decide to get a press that needs bolted down.
Just keep the powder and primers separate."Never give up, never surrender!" Commander Peter Quincy Taggart

Re: can I reload?
Sure it's safe as long as you follow the saftey rules of reloading. You can find them in the reloading books. I started by using a 3"x3" place in a bedroom. Five moves and 30 years later I'm using most of a spare bedroom and part of the basement. It's a hobby that grows on you. I remember starting with 200 rounds of .357 brass thinking I had a lot. Now I buy brass in 500 round lots.

Re: can I reload?
I'm reloading in my 1 BR apartment.
When I moved in I had a hard time deciding where to put the reloading bench and the computer. I ended up putting the reloading bench in the living room and the computer in the bedroom. All my reloading tools and supplies are stored in the living room closet.
I keep my bench covered with a sheet when I'm not using it just in case maintenance has to go in there for something. I wouldn't want them to freak out seeing brass, used primers and bullets laying out on the bench. I keep primers and powder put away unless I'm using them at the bench.
I've used this system in two different apartments and have not had an issue.

Re: can I reload?
My first apartment, I built a combo microwave cart, reloading bench. I pulled it out and turned it around when it was time to reload. the press stayed mounted all the time behind the microwave. It probably wasn't the best idea for keeping lead out of my diet, but I seem to have survuved

Re: can I reload?
I started reloading at 17 and now I'm 50 and no problems so far.
Don't smoke while loading and keep your head into what your doing and make sure you keep a record of what you loaded .
Thats it ,, Good Luck
