Pulling .45 Colt bullets
I was reloading some .45 Colt tonight and ran into the problem of seating the bullets too deep in the case necesitating pulling the bullets from the cases. This is where the problems began. I have the Frankford Arsenal "hammer" kinetic puller and had all kinds of problems getting the large diameter bullets inside the little collet. I was using the right collet-just too small to go around the bullet. Is there a trick to doing this? Or is there another easier method for these large diameter bullets? Thanks

Re: Pulling .45 Colt bullets
Problem solved. I went to Midway and was reading reviews on other bullet pullers. One of the readers was complaining about the collets of another model and suggested just using the shell holder. That is what I did and problem solved!!!
