You're a little behind the times. No subpoenas. If they just want to know, they get it from the NSA. The primary job of which is federal law enforcement nowadays, not espionage or national security. If they need to use it as evidence, they use Parallel Construction.

I'd just clam up right now to be honest with you. ;-) That's just my $0.02.

LOL... it's a little late for that.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

If you have the ATF and PSP sniffing your butt constantly, even if you have done nothing wrong, that doesn't matter anymore these days, if they can get you on some weird technicality or just plain make stuff up, many in the government will be glad to do so. Therefore I would retain legal counsel and discuss it in detail with them and also to make sure that you don't inadvertently violate your own rights.

What people might tell you on the forum might be 100% right, but I'd still retain legal counsel and it's probably something best discussed with them.

I've retained one this morning in the event ,
No action has been taken against me so I'll wait and see .
Just found it odd how the officer knew .
Now I know why I go into research often lol.
Thanks everybody for your comments and support .

How, and why, were you stopped? Who stopped you? Were you cited for anything?

About the 600 guns, seeing is believing, but I don't care. If you state that you possess 600 guns, and the acquirement was legal, so be it. I've known others who have spent all of those disposable income on their passion.

427 guns even with an average value of 250 bucks you have a collection worth in excess of 106K plus ammo in 2 years and from Nesquehoning. Are you a Kovatch?

    Serial number everything ?
I was under the impression that the psp where not supposed to have this info ???
Nothing came of it but it bothers me some , the officer mentioned that I must be going through research a lot because of my buying habits .
I have nothing to hide but I like my privacy.
Any one can shed any light .
Keeping records in violation of the law is a prima facia violation of YOUR right to privacy, period, ergo there are damages for ANY 4th Amendment violation.

All this bullshit about you can't do anything is exactly that, bullshit.

Get a lawyer with some balls and go for the jugular. ATF and PSP can share a bag of dicks as far as I'm concerned. They are nothing but treasonous tyrants operating under color of law, with our fucking tax dollars no less.

I'm NOT a lawyer, but just get me started and you won't notice any difference. I've been to the mat with big, tough, expensive law firms and stomped a mud hole in their ass. They don't scare me and neither does any man on this planet. I'm free, and freemen need not fear their fellow man or their government.

    Beat some ass OP.
