Default Asked to leave Franklin Mills Mall for CC.

So, I went out today to get a new American flag, I usually go to the flag shop in Franklin Mills Mall. Well, I'm wearing my "Got Guns?" shirt today and as I was walking to the store mall security taps me on my shoulder. He asks me if I've got guns to which I reply I do. He then asks me if I'm carrying a handgun now, to which I reply of course. He then proceeds to ask me if I know how to read, I knew where this was going so I told him I do in fact know how to read. He told me there's mall rules posted at every entrance that states "no firearms permitted, carried openly or concealed, with or without a permit to do so." I told him I was aware of those signs. He then got very ignorant and said I could have you arrested right now for that, I'm putting peoples lives in danger yada yada yada. I told him that the mall rules hold no weight since the mall isn't a prohibited place and I could only be arrested for trespassing if I refused to leave if asked. He then told me to get the F out of the mall before he calls the police.

At this point I'm pretty irritated, as he escorted me to the exit I asked him if he was intimidated because I had more fire power than he had. He replied that people like me are the reason the mayor and Police chief need to make getting a gun more difficult. I told him that the mayor and p/c are gun grabbing morons and this city would be safer if more law abiding citizens carried a firearm. As I was leaving I got the number for mall management and plan on giving them a call, unfortunately, I didn't get the guards name to complain about the way he spoke to me. But, I will be informing management that I won't spend another red cent at their mall as long as they don't allow firearms to be carried legally.

Well I'd say the "Got Guns?" shirt pretty much defeated the purpose of concealed carry.
Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

The Mall management should get a written report of the incident from the rentacop. They will know is name. you might want to add in your complaint that the the guard was abusive and used foul language with all those children running about.

Another authority figure that takes offense to being corrected and/or challenged.

I would have to assume that had he asked me this question I would have told him to get stuffed. Or asked him a personal question in return. "Are you wearing underwear"? ...or "Have you ever kissed a boy on the lips?"

Hey, since he thinks it OK to ask personal questions of me it must be OK for me to ask personal questions of him, right?

Well, if I was so inclined to wear a similar t-shirt and some rent-a-cop showed up and asked me if I had a gun, I'd first apologize and say no, I left my 88mm at home. I enjoy being a pedantic smartalek on occasion and when he finally got around to asking the proper question, I'd tell him its none of his business.

He couldn't have been to frightened of you and your "gun" since you didn't mention him calling for more meatshield/rentacop backup.

Cause you know...shootings and whatnot never happen at malls, so theres no need to carry at the mall...

Charge him with battery for grabbing your shoulder, he isn't allowed to touch you :P

Also in PA you do not have to tell anyone that you are armed if I remember correctly, especially a rent a cop that has 0 power or authority other then to ask you nicely to leave.

Since Franklin Mills has the only Games Workshop location in this part of the state, I can't help out with any boycotts. I likes my Warhammer a bit too much.

A guard who is against carry rights has no business being a guard, or much of anything for that matter.
