    Default $10 AR mags

    Just an FYI...

Was at Trop's in Elizabethtown today and they had Brownell's 30 round AR mags for sale at only $9.99 each.

Pretty good price if anyone is looking.

Was there on Sunday. They had $10 Pmags with the water dipped or painted stuff on them. I forget the name of the company...

I do believe that Brownells is the current contracted supplier of the USGI aluminum magazines. So consider that a real world data point -- that its magazines are good enough for the DoD. (It is up to you to decide whether this fact is considered a seal of approval, or a warning label. )

I have a dozen of them, no trouble at all. Keep them loaded between range trips, never an issue.
