shooting today with my son

went to the sgl # 141 today ,,,nice and empty,,,me my wife and son ,,a day at the shooting range with my son was excellent ,he wanted to shoot my 10/22 lr ,,altho just 4 years old we got to some talking ,,,find out

1) he wants to be a fireman
2) he thinks mary jane from the spiderman movies is pretty ..lol
3) he loves guns

he really enjoyed shooting the little 22..he also told me that he really liked going to the shooting range with me today ,,guess i have a new future shooting buddy

That's great! Hey I think Mary Janes pretty too. The kids got good taste. haha. It's also cool he wants to be a fireman. I wanted to be one too when I was little, and now I'm a volunteer. Be safe.

Thanks for sharing those pictures with us. I really enjoyed them, especially since I have a four year old son also. I think the times you spend together doing things like this are times that he will always remember. It's too bad more dads don't spend time with their boys....the world might be a better place if they did.

Good job Vic! We started our girls out early too, and they grew up with respect for firearms, not fear. Teach him right and he will do you proud.

NICE.... I have 2 twin baby boys that are just about to turn 2 and I cant wait till I can take them with me to the range ...... VERY KEWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome...Whenever I go to the range I always try to tell people about the pafoa and give them a gun rights flyer, especially if they shooting with kids...gotta bring the next generation up more aware of firearms rights, the public school system is turning them into a bunch of sissies.

It's great to see youngsters learning instead of being afraid. How old is he? I have two girls that are 5 and 8 and have both shot my .22lr. I will have to post some pics the next time I take them shooting with me. Have fun and teach them well.
